Job Track Description:
- 2+ years of experience in application support with good communication skills
- Desired Skills:
- Should have worked in Application support
- Ability to research issues and derive solutions from existing knowledge base
- Ability to document newly derived solutions clearly and concisely for the benefit of the other team members/customer.
- Will require to work in US hours shift and or weekend shift on a rotational basis
- Monitor service platforms by available monitoring tools
- Initiate troubleshooting activities if something wrong is found by monitoring
- Answer service-related questions and feedback from users thru email and phone
- Provide user access control and termination, as and when requested
- L1 and L2 ticket handling, basic troubleshooting, and incident resolution wherever possible
- Should be good at handling bridge calls.
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Services.
- Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage
- Should be flexible enough to learn new process as and when required.
