Position Details
Status: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.48 per hour
Schedule: Varies (may include weekends and holidays)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Dietary Aide to support our dietary department. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment to ensure residents receive quality nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and food service following dietary guidelines
Prepare trays, deliver meals, and assist residents as needed
Follow portion control and special diet instructions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Stock supplies and assist with inventory
Follow food safety and infection control procedures
Provide friendly and professional service to residents and staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compassionate and customer-service focused attitude
