Material Planner Specialist Entry

• Responsible of on time procurement of Raw material, using effectively our systems and having direct communication with suppliers and find the best solutions to optimize time, costs and resources.
• Set up and maintenance of Materials on SAP according to the plant demands.
• Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs.
• Daily follow up on Material shortage risk and over shipments from suppliers.
• RMAs.
• Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production.
• To assure a correct and efficient supply of raw material for production through the use of available tools and systems.
• Make sure there is an effective communication channel with suppliers and stablish a control of stock levels, minimize the time flow of the items and related costs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or International Trade Affair
• Intermediate English 
• Experience:
  • 1+ year in supplier management in automotive industry 
• Knowledge:
  • Vendor Management & supplier relationship practices
  • Intermediate Excel
  • SAP (desirable)
