Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) Officer

The RCCE Officer will be responsible for supporting the Department of Health to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate evidence-based Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) strategies and activities that engage communities and communicate risk-related information effectively. Effective RCCE is central to building trust, managing rumours and misinformation, strengthening social and community listening, and promoting behaviour change to support public health responses, including during disease outbreaks, emergencies, and health campaigns.
