Overview Overview: We are currently looking for a Planner, Strategy to support the day-to-day Media Strategy function for our client. This person will assist a team in the development, execution, and stewardship of media plans for client’s business and report directly to the Strategy Supervisor. Responsibilities Role Objectives: Stewardship and development of audience insights, audience profiles, and overall audience trends Lead in identifying broader media and marketing trends and research to aid in strategic direction to reach client’s KPIs Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic approach Development of roles of channels to identify key tactics that will reach and meet campaign goals Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updates Big idea development with internal teams and partner agencies that deliver against campaign goals Coordination and partnership with planning and investment teams, guided with strategic principals Meet with vendor community to analyze value and applicability of media channels for client media plan Qualifications Qualifications B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 1+ years of experience in media planning/strategy Agency experience highly preferred Preferable Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Prisma, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI Basic knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants Be a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
