Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking an AR Associate / Senior Associate to support the UK / Singapore / ANZ region. This role is responsible for the fundamental pillars of the Order-to-Cash cycle, including Billing, Cash Applications, and Customer Master Data management.
Key Responsibilities
•
Billing & Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in accordance with regional requirements.
•
Cash Applications: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve unapplied cash entries.
•
Master Data Management: Maintain and update the Customer Master Data to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity.
•
Dispute Support: Assist in identifying and documenting billing discrepancies or payment shortfalls.
•
Transition Support: Support the transition of AR processes from onshore/third-party entities to the GCC.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Education: Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
•
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in Finance Operations.
•
Skills:
o
Strong attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation.
o
Proficiency in ERP systems and web-based workflow applications.
Work Schedule
•
Shift: Must be aligned with country time zones.
