Responsibilities

To lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing
Provision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned
Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
Works proactively with the customer to identify potential commercial / service improvement opportunities
Develops and delivers innovative solutions and services that create value for customers and that help meet DSC's growth targets
Actively collaborates with colleagues to develop new services / solutions that improve the customer experience
Anticipates potential risks and proactively implements contingency plans with the support of customers
Proactively reviews and improves internal processes that do not meet the customer’s needs

Requirements

At least 4 years' relevant experience in Solution Design or relevant role (Analyst or Improvement)
Warehouse, transport and supply chain knowledge is mandatory for this role
Exposure to modeling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics / transport operations, etc.
Understanding of Solution Design tools, techniques and procedures
Good communication both in Thai and English
