Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing
  • Provision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned
  • Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
  • Works proactively with the customer to identify potential commercial / service improvement opportunities
  • Develops and delivers innovative solutions and services that create value for customers and that help meet DSC's growth targets
  • Actively collaborates with colleagues to develop new services / solutions that improve the customer experience
  • Anticipates potential risks and proactively implements contingency plans with the support of customers
  • Proactively reviews and improves internal processes that do not meet the customer’s needs

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience in Solution Design or relevant role (Analyst or Improvement)
  • Warehouse, transport and supply chain knowledge is mandatory for this role
  • Exposure to modeling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics / transport operations, etc.
  • Understanding of Solution Design tools, techniques and procedures
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
