Business Development Sales Manager - IMO

Position Summary CIRCOR is seeking a Business Development Sales Manager to serve as the primary growth engine for the Industrial Segment. This is a "Hunter" role — designed for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who opens new doors, wins new accounts, and brings competitive business into CIRCOR's portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a technically complex, engineered-to-order environment and possesses the commercial tenacity to pursue new logos while building lasting customer relationships. This role carries responsibility for new business acquisition across CIRCOR's Pumps Americas division — including, IMO, Houttuin, Warren, Zenith, and Allweiler— serving an expanding set of end markets including energy, chemical processing, water/wastewater, power generation, and marine.
