Job Summary
JD KOREA Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Logistics Sales professional to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively resolving customer logistics challenges, leveraging strong language and strategic selling skills. This role is accountable for achieving the assigned sales target and contributing to business growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

2. Identify potential clients and establish initial contact, understand their specific needs, and tailor customized solutions to meet those needs.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and facilitating repeat business.

4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

5. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contract and agreement terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

7. Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

8. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and explore new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
* Proven track record in Korea (or China or Japan)logistics sales or a related field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese OR English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
* Strong problem-resolution skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Demonstrated ability in strategic selling, including identifying customer needs and positioning solutions effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

매출 목표 달성 및 시장 점유율 확대를 위한 전략적 영업 계획을 수립하고 실행합니다.

잠재 고객을 발굴하고 초기 접촉을 진행하며, 고객의 요구사항을 파악하여 맞춤형 물류 솔루션을 제공합니다.

기존 고객과의 견고한 관계를 구축 및 유지하여 높은 고객 만족도를 확보하고 지속적인 거래를 유도합니다.

시장 조사를 수행하여 업계 동향, 경쟁사 활동 및 신규 비즈니스 기회를 파악합니다.

운영, 물류, 고객 서비스 등 내부 부서와 긴밀히 협력하여 고객 요구사항이 원활하게 이행될 수 있도록 지원합니다.

효과적인 영업 프레젠테이션, 제안서 및 견적서를 작성하고 발표합니다. 고객 만족도를 유지하면서 수익성을 극대화할 수 있도록 계약 조건을 협상합니다.

영업 활동, 고객 커뮤니케이션 및 계약 진행 상황을 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 시스템에 정확하게 기록하고 관리합니다.

업계 컨퍼런스, 전시회 및 박람회에 참가하여 네트워크를 확대하고 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 발굴합니다.

자격 요건

  • 한국(또는 중국, 일본) 물류 영업 또는 관련 분야에서의 검증된 영업 경력 보유자.
  • 우수한 커뮤니케이션, 협상 및 대인관계 능력 보유자.
  • 한국어 능통자(구두 및 문서 작성 필수).
  • 중국어(표준 중국어) 또는 영어 능통자 우대.
  • 고객 중심의 사고방식을 바탕으로 한 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력 보유자.
  • 고객 요구사항을 파악하고 적합한 솔루션을 제안하는 전략적 영업 역량 보유자.
  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 독립적으로 업무를 수행함과 동시에 팀과 협업할 수 있는 능력 보유자.
