Job Description
The P&C Strategy team supports the P&C Management team in defining and executing the strategic vision of the P&C function, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and alignment across the P&C organization and with Group functions. The department acts as a trusted advisor and partner to the P&C Management and all teams, providing support, insights, analysis, and recommendations on key strategic topics, such as business development, performance measurement, client management, budget planning or organizational design.
