Keg Concierge– Public Coast Brewing

The Brass Tacks
Greet guests with enthusiasm!
Assist with where to order food, questions about the menu and assist with beer and gift shop purchases.
Keep gift shop well stocked and assist with inventory.
Relay to go orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate fashion.
Assist with dining room set-up and keep front area stocked with menus.
Possess working knowledge of the TOAST POS system..
When the line is at capacity, offer to take beer orders.
Offer samples to guests when feasible.
Nitty Gritty
• At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.• Working knowledge of beer • Buses tables and outside seating area.• Takes food orders and delivers food
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations and has state required liquor license.• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Oregon Food Handlers Card
Each team member should expect to work at all stations if needed at any time during the hours of operations. The role you have been chosen for is an essential part of the brewery and pub operations. You will be the first and last face each guest will see while here at the brewery, so the expectation is you’re “On stage” and will act in a professional, positive way with each guest interaction.
