Adjunct Professor for Administration and Leadership

Seeking a professor to teach a masters-level class in administration and leadership in an ecclesial setting, specifically to teach the course Administration and Leadership in the Church. The course explores church polity with particular attention given to the free-church tradition. The course also deals with church staff configurations, supervision, and performance reviews. Individual must have experience in all areas of leadership in the local church, including the enlistment and training of lay and staff leaders, principles of administration, systems theory, conflict management, public relations, and legal issues particular to the church.
