Job Summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City � Riverfront is looking for friendly, reliable Restaurant Servers to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you�ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for both hotel guests and local visitors. This is a fast-paced environment with both morning and evening shifts available.
Hours
- 20�40 hours per week available
What You�ll Do
- Take food and beverage orders and answer menu questions
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check in with guests to make sure everything meets their expectations
- Process payments and use the POS system with accuracy
What We�re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized and keep up in a busy setting
- Comfortable handling basic math and transactions
- Familiarity with food and beverage menus (or willingness to learn)
