Business Analyst - Investment Products (M/F)

Integrated in our business enablers department in invest area, you will contribute to invest program to the development and enhancements on BIL invetsment products.The role is to support the teams (Business, IT …) to synthetize the business requirements and understand the target solution solution by documenting features, stories and acceptance criteria in Agile projects aligned with the priorities given by the Product Owner. Y our next challenge: Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to understand business goals and objectives. Define, analyze, and document user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business requirements with several departments (Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Audit, …) Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Features and Stories for Fusion teams. Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with business objectives. Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives. Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or enhancements. Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements. Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives. Ensure the necessary quality of the deliverables by performing Functional and Acceptance testing. Implement and develop a risk scoring system for all products and services, enhancing the first line of defense.
