Preparing and presenting design proposals/mock-ups to various business and customer stakeholders
Reviewing software requirements from Product Managers, safeguarding excellent user experience
Setting up, managing and conducting end-user testing using UI mockups, interactive prototypes, analytical tools … to learn end-user preferences, attitudes and behaviors and to receive feedback on new or extended application features
Analyzing UX related customer complaints and come up with proposals to improve user experience
Maintaining a cohesive style guide ensuring consistency in visual elements and software behavior
Assessing usability of competitive solutions
