Job Description
Due to continued growth and success, RPS is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client-side projects across the infrastructure and water network sector. Permanent and fixed term opportunities available. Based in Wellington, our high-performing Project Management team is known for delivering complex, large-scale projects with professionalism and precision. We are always keen to connect with individuals who bring valuable experience, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to meaningful work. We’d love to hear from you if you have: A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related field (preferred) Experience in building and construction, water or civil infrastructure, contract management and refits A background in construction and are looking to transition to the client-side, or build on existing client-side experience Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Construct Only, Design and Build or Early Contractor Involvement Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to manage competing priorities and think strategically New Zealand citizenship or appropriate working rights Project Management Institute of NZ membership and/or accreditations (desirable) Whether you’re actively looking or simply open to a conversation, we encourage you to express your interest and explore how you could contribute to our collaborative and respected team.
