Ensure that Gold Fields Ghana Limited engineering policies and practices are integrated into designs.
Implementation and enforcing compliance of Contract Policies and Procedures of the company.
Ensure agreed schedule targets are met and that designs take cognizance of the budget constraints
Ensure that engineering quality and safety standards are met.
Prepare Bills of Materials, Weight Take-Offs, scope of works and other similar tasks as may from time to time to be assigned.
Produce and revise quality AutoCAD drawings to Company standards.
Initiate cost saving practices and productivity improvement of specially assigned projects.
