Job Description
Consultative Selling Engage customers using a consultative sales approach, taking time to understand their process requirements, application challenges, and regulatory considerations. Translate these needs into tailored PTFE hose solutions that deliver reliability, compliance, and long-term value. Business Development Territory Growth Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline across life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, and adjacent sectors. Develop strategic plans to grow Aflex presence and market share in the region. Customer Partnering Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by acting as a technical expert and trusted point of contact. Provide guidance on hose selection, application suitability, and performance to support critical customer processes. Technical Expertise Product Promotion Deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and applications of Aflex PTFE hoses. Support customers through specification, selection, and implementation phases. Account Management Sales Performance Manage customer opportunities from initial engagement through to order, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate quotations, and achievement of agreed sales targets. Contribute directly to the overall growth of Aflex within the region. Internal Collaboration Work closely with internal sales support, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively and on time. CRM Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools to support pipeline visibility and business planning.
