Group Reporting Manager

We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Group Reporting Manager to join our organisation during a pivotal time of transformation including our new enterprise system Oracle. You will be an integral part in leading the Group Reporting team and reshaping reporting to stakeholders for our employee owned business including our Executive Leadership, Board of Directors and Shareholders.
Reporting directly to the Head of Group Reporting, you will collaborate closely with the wider finance team to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in our financial reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in the presentation of group consolidations and financial statements and providing technical accounting advice as well as assisting in leading the group audit process. Within our supportive and collaborative team environment, you will be empowered to introduce innovative ideas and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiencies and further enhance our leverage of our market leading systems. Experience in engaging with and financial reporting to senior management and leading high performing teams will be highly advantageous.

You are finance leader with a proven ability to shape and deliver quality reporting and insights across complex organisations. You can confidently contribute to shaping future capability and embed new ways of working that enable finance to evolve in step with business and technology transformation. Your impact is defined by your strong capabilities in reporting for complex organisations as well as strong communication skills and leading people with integrity and care. Your background is underpinned by a strong systems understanding, ideally Oracle, and a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
