Job Description
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Manufacturer programs - Steering, coordinating and monitoring manufacturer programs (Excellence programs, etc.) - Monitor the implementation of action plans within the framework of manufacturer programs, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Propose, implement and monitor identified areas for improvement - Mobilize in-house teams to ensure continuous improvement and deployment of actions - Identify the activities and sectors concerned by manufacturer programs - Communicate progress and completion rates for builder programs to internal stakeholders, and follow up with them where necessary - Organize and conduct manufacturer audits Fleet tracking - Centralize and check equipment commissioning declarations in business tools - Check and validate equipment data reported by operational staff in business tools (equipment creation, commissioning date, warranty, etc.) Warranty - Declare and manage extended warranties for equipment (purchase from manufacturers, monitoring supplier and customer invoicing, etc.) - Distribute extended warranty rates, in collaboration with the sales and technical teams - Disseminate manufacturer warranty programs (equipment improvements) to stakeholders (product support, etc.) Administration - Manage subscriptions to manufacturer-specific tools - Manage access rights to business tools for internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, etc.) - Optimize internal and external user licenses - Establish and submit to internal stakeholders (department heads, etc.) license fees for various external customers RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - To be the preferred contact for manufacturers in the area of programs, subscriptions and extended warranties - Ensure the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement action plans for its perimeter - Guarantees the completion of manufacturer(s) audits within its perimeter - Guarantees the follow-up and updating of the equipment pool within its perimeter - Guarantees the follow-up of warranty extensions - Ensure the administration of construction tools - Ensure the quality of data entered into construction tools - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 3 years' higher education in business administration or management control preferred and/or 3 years' significant experience SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - General knowledge of administrative management - General knowledge of project management - In-depth knowledge of IT tools and information systems - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Advanced intermediate level in English (B2) Behavioral skill(s) - Good interpersonal skills - Thoroughness - Analytical skills - Ability to summarize - Reactivity - Adaptability
