Your mission as a Process Project Support Manager NBX Letters: In your sorting center, you are responsible for improving and developing processes. In addition, you detect opportunities to optimize our processes. Your mission is as follows: · Provide support to Preparation Manager and his/her staff to bring process improvements to a successful conclusion · Execute local implementations of new processes and projects in accordance with national guidelines · Oversee the management and coordination of his/her team who in turn increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, as well as accurately monitor KPIs in terms of quality, budgets and operational performance. · Monitor budget and plan deliverables for projects in the sorting center · Support national and local (transformation) projects within preparation and are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of change management projects. Your main tasks: Within this role, you will take on various tasks. We can cluster following responsibilities under 5 headings: · Process improvement, making use of LEAN methodology · Determine domains for process improvement, set up action plans to improve operational performance (KPIs) and realize objectives · Improvement of methods and processes based on defined priorities (customer service, productivity, quality,...) · Initiating, stimulating following up corrective action plans based on results audits · Manage and coordinate resources · Managing, coaching the team, with an emphasis on bringing about a change in "mindset" and culture. · Inventory and follow up on employees' training needs · Reporting, planning and budget monitoring · Ensuring proper planning of all local and national projects and improvement initiatives in your sorting center · Ensure correct and clear reporting of the status of projects and budgets · Actively participate in national meetings · Support and guide projects within the process domain preparation · Monitoring the annual plans and operational plan of the site, drawing up and following up related action plans · Providing support with the team to line management and actively participating in and coordinating the local implementation of projects in the process domain "preparation" · Change Management : · Support line management by facilitating the change management process throughout the process domain "preparation" in consultation with national colleagues and project managers · In consultation with the project managers, evaluate the projects and draw lessons for the future
