About the roles
These roles sit within our Specialised Distribution - Pods model in Customer Service Lending (Retail Banking Services) and include Home Lending Specialists, Senior Home Lending Specialists, and Home Lending Executives.
Our Specialised Distribution team operates in a high-performance, community-focused model, led by some of our most experienced and top-performing lending professionals at CommBank. You’ll take ownership of building your own pipeline, working autonomously while being supported by a close-knit Pod of peers and leaders, with access to coaching and mentorship from some of the best in the business.
As part of this team, you will support customers through their home ownership journey (whether they are buying, refinancing, investing, or building) by delivering tailored lending solutions and driving positive financial outcomes for individuals and communities.

We’re looking for experienced home lending professionals who bring these values to life through strong performance and customer outcomes, and who take ownership of building and growing their own pipeline.
You will bring at least 2 years’ experience in home lending, operating at a consistently high level, along with a proven ability to self-generate leads and build a sustainable pipeline through proactive business development.
