On-site Specialist

DOCUmation is a managed service provider (MSP) that offers technology solutions to businesses across Texas; these services include, but are not limited to, managed print, managed IT, and facilities management (FM).

The On Site Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive onsite services at a customer location. This role supports daily operations across print production, mailroom and scan center services, courier operations, meeting room furniture configuration, and copier/ printer fleet management.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer skills, clear communication, and a solid understanding of print shop and mailroom workflows.
