Position Summary
The Licensed Loan Partner plays a critical role in our mortgage operation by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication, gathering initial borrower information, and guiding clients through the early stages of the loan process. The Licensed Loan Partner ensures a high level of service, responsiveness, and accuracy, helping convert inquiries into pre-approved clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to all inbound leads via phone, text, and email
• Initiate outbound calls to new and existing prospects
• Conduct initial client conversations to gather relevant financial and personal information
• Clearly explain next steps in the mortgage process
• Collect and organize required documentation for pre-approval
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Follow up consistently to ensure all opportunities are fully developed
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and referral partners
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the intake process
Performance Expectations
• Maintain rapid response times for all new inquiries
• Consistently follow up on all leads and active files
• Achieve strong conversion rates from inquiry to pre-approval
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all collected information

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM platforms
Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, or financial services is a plus but not required
• Existing NMLS mortgage license or ability to obtain license within first 90 days of employment
• Background in high-volume customer service, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial

This role requires consistent communication with clients throughout the day and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling frequent phone interactions and maintaining a high level of organization across multiple active files.
