Houseman

The Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel. They must be neat and professional in appearance at all times. The Houseman should be friendly, caring and prepared to listen and respond to the guests' needs and inquiries. They must immediately make eye contact with and acknowledge the guests' presence while showing the guest respect throughout the conversation.
