If you are a Maintenance or Service Technician looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Copeland Rayong Plant location, you will perform on preventive maintenance, repairing and setting up machines in our Motor production line or to designated locations. You will perform other related duties as assigned.
AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL: (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ)
Perform machine and tooling fixture preventive maintenance (PM) / ปฏิบัติงานการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและฟิกซ์เจอร์ตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM)
Repair machine / ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร
Set up machine and tooling fixture control / ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและควบคุมฟิกซ์เจอร์สำหรับการผลิต
Support manufacturing engineering for machine improvement and project / สนับสนุนฝ่ายวิศวกรรมการผลิตในการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรและโครงการต่างๆ
Address and resolve immediate or long-term issues to ensure uninterrupted continuation of production process / แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและปัญหาระยะยาว เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตสามารถดำเนินต่อไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: (คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ)
Vocational Diploma or higher education in Electrical field / จบการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาไฟฟ้า
At least 2 years of experience in machining maintenance in manufacturing plant / มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในด้านการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
Good knowledge in machining, pneumatic and hydraulic systems / มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานเครื่องจักร ระบบนิวเมติก และระบบไฮดรอลิก
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night) / สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน)
Basic English communication skills/ มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน
Some computer literacy / มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods while performing functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach overhead with hands and arms; grasp; stoop; kneel; and/or crouch. Must meet job standards for visual ability, speaking, and hearing in a manufacturing environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds. Environmental conditions include flashing lights on machines and Powered Industrial Vehicles, random noises such as horns and alarms.
