Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise construction activities on site to ensure work is carried out in accordance with work plans, technical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
2. Monitor material requirements, availability, and usage at the project site to ensure alignment with project planning.
3. Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports, including work achievements, issues encountered, and recommended follow-up actions.
4. Implement and ensure all project activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) procedures, and report any potential hazards or incidents on site.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction projects or site supervision.
3. Good understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and project specifications.
4. Familiar with material control and project progress monitoring.
5. Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Willing to be placed at project sites as required.
