As Group Industrial & Supply Chain Quality Manager, you will play a key role in developing, deploying and safeguarding the Group Quality & Food Safety standards and related Non-Negotiables. Working closely with regional quality teams, manufacturing sites, warehouses, co-manufacturers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help strengthen quality and food safety performance across the organisation.
You will report to the Group Head of Quality & Food Safety and operate in an international environment with high visibility and impact.
Your role
In this position, you will ensure that quality and food safety standards are implemented consistently and effectively across internal and external operations. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach and know how to engage teams and stakeholders to drive sustainable improvement.
You will contribute to building a strong Quality & Food Safety culture, develop training and monitoring programmes, and ensure risks are identified and addressed in a structured and proactive way.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and following up on Group QFS standards and Non-Negotiables within the industrial and supply chain environment. You will work closely with regional quality leaders and external partners to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
You will also develop and lead the Group QFS requirements programme for industrial sites, warehouses and co-manufacturers. This includes risk-based planning, audits, surveys, reporting and the follow-up of corrective actions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and supporting Group Quality & Food Safety standards and Non-Negotiables.
Ensuring consistent implementation across regions, production sites and supply chain activities.
Setting up structured follow-up processes to monitor progress, effectiveness and compliance.
Developing methodologies, tools and reporting standards aligned with GFSI expectations.
Coordinating training on standard implementation and GFSI audit readiness.
Supporting sites and co-manufacturers with compliance, audits and best practices.
Providing expertise during major quality or food safety incidents.
Translating lessons learned into improved standards, controls and audit priorities.
Integrating QFS requirements into CAPEX projects, M&A activities and industrial transformation programmes.
Developing KPIs and dashboards for compliance monitoring and performance follow-up.
Supporting digitalisation in audits, reporting and compliance tracking.
Monitoring relevant legislation, regulatory developments and industry trends.
Who you are
You are an experienced quality professional who understands industrial processes and knows how to translate standards into operational reality. You are comfortable working in an international matrix environment and can move easily between strategy, governance and hands-on execution.
You are analytical, persuasive and pragmatic. You know how to challenge stakeholders constructively while supporting them in achieving sustainable improvement. You bring energy, ownership and a strong drive to build a robust quality and food safety culture.
You bring:
A master’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the food industry.
Strong experience in quality and food safety within industrial environments.
Previous experience as a Factory Quality Manager.
Proven experience in deploying standards and compliance programmes across multiple sites and regions.
Experience with external audits, GFSI schemes and relevant regulatory frameworks.
The ability to influence cross-functional and indirect teams.
Strong skills in data analysis, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
A hands-on mindset combined with strategic insight.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

International role within Group Quality & Food Safety.
Reports to the Group Head of Quality & Food Safety.
No direct reports.
Location is flexibel; we are open for candidates close to any Solina site in Europe
Travel: approximately 40–50%, mainly within Europe and North America.
Remote working possible up to approximately 20%, depending on business needs.
