Sales Professional - Automotive

Job Summary
The Auffenberg Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and experienced automotive sales professional to join our dedicated sales team in Shiloh, Illinois. We are looking for a team player to work hard and provide excellent customer service for our valued customers.

Compensation & Benefits

20 Vehicles Delivered Per Month = GUARANTEED $120K in Commission

This full-time role is an individual contributor role with compensations ranging from $40,000 to $150,000 per year. This position also includes benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, 401K with match, flexible scheduling, and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
• Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
• Develop sales strategies and close deals
• Manage customer database
• Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
• Keep abreast of new products and services
• Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program

Requirements
• • Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of customer service standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver’s license
