Job Summary:
Pattonville School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated clerical assistant to join our team. Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work with building employees and members of the school community in a diplomatic, friendly, and efficient manner
- Ability to edit routine correspondence for spelling and grammatical errors
- Experience with Apple operating systems
- Ability to effectively use: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Ability to efficiently utilize our student information system for attendance tracking, data input, and report generation with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively implement multiple projects and job responsibilities while simultaneously monitoring lines of communication
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of the call, and provide information directly or refer calls to proper person or office
- Must be familiar with school/district and general office practices/procedures.
- Knowledge of standard office machines, equipment, and computers
- Ability to organize, maintain files, and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma supplemented by one-year of clerical experience and/or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Travels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- eight hours per day; in person
Pay Structure:
- Pay Grade A180: $16.46 - $25.02 per hour
