Job Description

Vandergriff Chevrolet, in Arlington, TX, is looking for an Experienced Billing Clerk to help process our growing sales volume!

Job Responsibilities:

Audit car deals for compliance with corporate documentation standards
Verify that all required documents are completed and signed properly
Process paperwork promptly and accurately
Review and verify Sales Commissions
Verify sales reporting and finalize rebate submissions
Issue lien payoff checks and submit them to financial institutions
Reconcile monthly schedules
Perform various other accounting functions as needed

Qualifications

Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Strong analytical mindset and love of numbers
close attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with great interpersonal instincts
Collaborative spirit and a constant desire to learn and grow
Professional appearance and attitude
Available to work flexible hours & weekends at the end of the month
Experienced in CDK and prior billing experience preferred
Must pass Drug and Background checks
