Your expertise and dedication will help drive sales growth while upholding our company’s reputation for quality and exceptional customer service. Potential Income $75k-$150K

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences for used vehicles.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to financing and final purchase.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to car sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in used car sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus.
