About the Role
• The Spanish Teacher provides engaging and effective instruction in accordance with Catholic values including love for the spoken and written word, culture, and communication. This teacher helps students grow as speakers and listeners of the Spanish language and young people who appreciate and understand different cultural celebrations and expressions.

What You Will Do
• Instruction: Plan and deliver dynamic Spanish lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners across all grade levels from Kindergarten through 8th grade.
• Materials: Gather and reuse art materials and keep shared spaces organized.
• Faith Integration: Incorporate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and activities.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
• Collaboration: Work with fellow teachers, parents, and administration to ensure student success and community building.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
• Fluent in speaking and reading Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• State teaching certification appropriate for grade level/subject area
• Commitment to Catholic values and the mission of Catholic education
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
