FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Diehl Collision of South Hills – Pittsburgh, PA

Diehl Collision of South Hills is growing and looking for a motivated, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team full time!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone

  • Schedule repair appointments and manage daily workflow

  • Communicate repair updates to customers

  • Coordinate with insurance companies

  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records

  • Provide exceptional customer service from drop-off to delivery


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
