
Spa Guest Attendant
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Spa Guest Attendant is the dedicated presence within the relaxation lounges, amenities areas and locker rooms. The role is responsible for maintaining a serene atmosphere and providing personalized service with attention to detail to create a restorative, memorable guest experience while demonstrating genuine Ozarks Hospitality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Warmly greet each guest by name and provide a personalized arrival experience.
- Escort guests to the appropriate area—Men’s Locker Room or Women’s Locker Room—ensuring comfort and confident navigation. Assist with locker access and orientation; unlock lockers and restock as needed. Offer beverages, warm neck wraps, towels, and other comforts; anticipate guest needs.
- Serve as the dedicated caretaker of the relaxation rooms, hot pool, steam room, sauna, showers, and locker room spaces. Offer beverages, warm neck wraps, towels, and other comforts; anticipate guest needs.
- Replenish toiletries, bath and body products, linens, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and a tranquil ambiance in line with five‑star standards.
- Monitor assigned spa areas (including upstairs spaces) for readiness, safety, and maintenance needs; escalate promptly.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum Years of experience: 2-4 years guest facing customer service
- Required Certificate(s) or License(s): Food safety permit (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Knowledge and customer service skills to work in a luxury hospitality or spa.
- Professional, warm communication with a calm and polished demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and guest‑service instincts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods; comfortable with light to moderate physical tasks (stocking, resetting spaces).
- Availability to work weekends/holidays based on business needs.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly stands and walks.
Occasionally sits and lifts up to 50 lbs.
Seldom/never does computer work.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
