Job Description
Baptist Health Medical Center in Heber Springs (BHMC-H), Arkansas is seeking to find physicians to staff its Emergency Medicine Department. BHMC-H is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located 60 miles north of Little Rock. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 and is a Level IV trauma center. This 7-bed facility experiences over 9100 visits per year. Candidates must be either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. ATLS and ACLS are required. Additionally, 400 hours of Emergency Medicine Department experience within the last 2 years, is preferred. The compensation structure will be a professional services/1099 agreement. Slot malpractice coverage will be provided.
