Special Education Job Coach/Paraprofessional

Special Education Job Coach/Paraprofessional (10 month position, 35 hours per week): The Goddard Special Education Cooperative is hiring Transition to Independence, Employment, and Success (TIES) Job Coaches for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Job Coaches encourage independent work skills, teach job tasks/skills, and/or assess individual work strengths and weaknesses to assist with soft skills and relationship development with coworkers/managers and program staff.
