Job Description

Multimedia and Television Production Program Instructor Part-time


General DescriptionInstruct high school students in the career skills related to the audio, video and media production as it relates to the multimedia and television production career field.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Multimedia or Communications area or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia or Communications area with 5 or more years of professional related experience.

Must meet all the qualifications for appropriate licensure through the Illinois State Board of Education. 

Option A: Valid Professional Education License that is current and registered in DuPage County with endorsement in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician (CIP 10.0202). Candidates with valid ISBE teaching license must also have at least two years of directly related work experience.
 OR
 Option B: CTE License: Provide official transcripts (to be sent to DuPage ROE) showing 60+ semester hours from a recognized institution (emailed or sealed, unopened envelope required) + 2,000 hours of documented work experience in the skill area.

OR
 Option C: Provisional CTE License: 8,000 hours of documented work experience in the specific skill area to be taught.
