Building Attendants

WORK HOURS:
- Flexible evening/weekend hours
- 3-5 hours per week/12-20 hours per month (could be more depending on need)
- Starting immediately

JOB DUTIES:
Assist and monitor use of buildings after school hours and some weekends for community groups, rental groups and Community Education classes. Ensure proper use of facilities and equipment. Operate basic sound, lighting and audio/visual equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to work well others, and to monitor and enforce facility use policies.

SALARY and BENEFITS:
$15.00 per hour

Benefits: Earned Sick & Safe Time (in accordance with MN Statute 181.9446)
