SUBSTITUTE ELEMENTARY SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHERS - WEST FARGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS - SUMMER 2026
Teachers unable to commit to the entire summer session, but willing to substitute during available dates during the session, please apply!
POSITION: Substitute Elementary Summer School Teachers - West Fargo Public Schools - Summer 2026
LOCATIONS: Aurora, L.E. Berger, Brooks Harbor, Horace, Eastwood (at Willow Park), Freedom, Meadowlark, Westside, and Willow Park Elementary Schools.
TERM: Dates: May 26-June 18, 2026
Times: Class 8:00am - 12:00pm, Monday - Thursday
Teachers must report by 7:45am with the day ending at 12:15pm
*Berger, Eastwood and Willow Park teachers work 7:45am - 2:45pm with the extended 21CCLC STEM program in the afternoons
SUMMARY: Provide an engaging, nurturing and safe learning environment for students attending summer school.
- Planning daily instruction
- Progress monitoring
- Attendance reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current ND substitute or regular teaching license
- Trained Small Group Literacy Instruction
- Ability to foster a positive working relationship with students, staff and the school community
- Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred
