We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster Groups, Meetings and Events Executive to oversee our two DoubleTree properties in the CBD, based in Perth. In the heart of the city and with a growing global hotel brand, this could be the next step to further grow your experienced sales career.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to achieve the hotel revenue goals and target
Handle all allocated group, meeting or event enquiries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records within the event management system
Assist and conduct proactive sales efforts
Carryout groups, meetings and events from the enquiry stage through final billing and beyond
About You:
Have a minimum of 12 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Previous experience with groups, conference and event sales and coordination
A wordsmith with a sharp eye—ace at writing, presenting, and catching the tiniest details!
Born to sell, driven to succeed!
Master of the multitask—handling pressure, priorities, and deadlines with ease!
A degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management or another relevant business field would be advantageous
Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
