Job Description
One (1) Full Time Secretarial Position
Tri County Elementary School
10 month position Monday � Friday, 40 hrs/week
Beginning: Immediately
Summary: Serve in support role for TCE Principal. Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, preferably business related associates degree
- Office experience, preferably in a school or college setting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, social/digital media formats and HTML
- Experience working with the public
- Proficient typist, technical knowledge and experience with computers, Google Workspace, Student Information Systems and other Accounting Software programs, scanners, printers, copy machines
- Excellent record of attendance
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task
- Ability to deal with high stress situations
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Good physical health and stamina
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with adults
- Ability to manage duties and responsibilities to meet deadlines
