Demonstrated experience delivering training or coaching, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programs across face‑to‑face and online formats (desirable).
Proven ability to develop clear, practical learning resources such as user guides, instructions and job aids.
Experience using digital systems in a healthcare or complex organisational environment (desirable).
Willingness to work on site, with flexibility for remote work as required, and travel to other Grampians Health sites to deliver training.
