RWC Idealease Truck Washer/Shop Helper

RWC Idealease Phx. AZ. is looking for a full time truck washer/shop helper.

Position Overview: Currently, we are looking for an individual to clean our Rental and Lease fleet, deliver parts to techs working in the field, keep the yard organized and clean, as well as help the mechanics in the shop. This is a full time position in the afternoons(12:30pm-9:00PM) Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, refurbish, and detail our semi and box trucks
• Apply cleaning chemicals to the inside and outside of trucks
• Vacuum and wipe down all interior surfaces
• Dispose of trash left in cab
• Partake achieving objectives set forth by the Shop Manager by taking out garbage, sweeping floors, and keeping a clean work area
• Safely perform assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to operate pressure washers and pressure wash chemicals
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working in fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license/CDL a plus
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check test and motor vehicle record check
• Must not have any DUI or Drug Convictions in the last five years
• Must be able to effectively read, write & understand verbal instructions in English
