Summary:
St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Instructional Specialist to support academic excellence and instructional growth across PK3�8th grade. This role serves as a key liaison between the Catholic School Office and the school, ensuring effective communication, resource alignment, and instructional support for faculty and administration.
Category: Contract basis
Pay Rate: depending on education & experience
Work Year: school days Aug. - May with some additional training days
Specific Days Needed: M, T, W, Th, F (any one or more)
Min./Max. Hours per week: 20/40
Job Hours: 7:30 AM � 3:30 PM (additional hours maybe added for meetings, etc)

- Minimum of a four-year B.A./B.S. Degree

- Safe Haven Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, or a related field
- Master's degree or Education preferred
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional coaching preferred
- Catechist certification
Position Function and Purpose:
- Serve as a liaison between the Catholic School Office and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of instructional practices
- Assist faculty and administration in aligning curriculum, resources, and academic standards
Major Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in Instructional Specialist meetings with the Catholic School Office
- Communicate key updates, resources, and initiatives from meetings to school administration and faculty
- Collaborate with instructional staff to identify academic needs and ensure alignment with curriculum standards
- Research and recommend instructional resources, tools, and best practices to support faculty and staff
- Provide instructional support and guidance as designated by the principal
- Assist with the implementation of curriculum initiatives and instructional strategies
- Support professional development efforts for faculty as needed
