Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Craft smart sales strategies that rev up vehicle sales and boost profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Team up with finance, service, and other departments to make the car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competition, spotting new opportunities before anyone else.
- Keep senior management in the loop with regular updates on sales wins and shop operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
