Ready to take the lead and make an impact? Berglund Chevrolet is searching for a driven Sales Manager to guide our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you’ll help fuel sales growth, set the direction for success, and create a customer experience that keeps people coming back. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Craft smart sales strategies that rev up vehicle sales and boost profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Team up with finance, service, and other departments to make the car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competition, spotting new opportunities before anyone else.
  • Keep senior management in the loop with regular updates on sales wins and shop operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
