Job Description
Substitute: Central Office Secretary
Essential Functions
• Answers telephone system for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries and/or taking messages.
• Greets individuals entering the building (e.g. visitors, staff, parents, applicants, etc.) for the purpose of responding to inquiries and/or directing individuals to appropriate location.
• Receives items within the building (e.g. mail, messages, application packets, packages, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring receipt and delivery to the addressee.
• Supports assigned administrative and office personnel for the purpose of providing assistance with their functions.
Qualifications to Apply
Applicants need to have the ability to fill in on short notice and be flexible regarding assigned duties.

Applicant must be able to work well with others and perform duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.

Qualifications to Apply
- High School Diploma or above
- Previous Secretarial experience preferred
