Location: 830 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
Pay: Up to $45 per flag hour (based on experience and certifications)

Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced BMW Service Technician to join our team. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone with strong BMW experience who is committed to quality, accuracy, and teamwork. In this position, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance, safety, and reliability.

Responsibilities
• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to Service Advisors
• Accurately document inspection findings, service recommendations, and completed work
• Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all work meets BMW quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of BMW technician experience required
• BMW Certified Level Technician or higher (required for signing bonus eligibility)
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
