Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Illinois Professional Educator License with Math Endorsement
REPORTS TO: Principal, Dean
SUPERVISES: N/A
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
PURPOSE: The 7th Grade Math Teacher delivers standards-based instruction in mathematics to develop students' problem-solving, reasoning, and computational skills, aligned with the Illinois State Board of Education and Illinois Learning Standards. The role fosters student engagement, monitors progress, and collaborates with staff and families to support academic growth and achievement.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 182 Days. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Building Principal and/or Dean in accordance with provisions of Board policy.

Payroll Schedule: Distributed over 26 periods, every other Friday
