Certificate IV Assessment & Training and the ability to deliver training through multiple media. Trainers will be required to deliver both theory and practical training.
Ability to conduct quality risk assessments, investigations and report writing.
Extensive background in the Underground Mining industry, with a working knowledge of multiple disciplines and experience in Mines Rescue is preferable.
Ability to engage, communicate and influence Managers and Employees including non-English speaking nationals.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years underground mining experience.
